You probably know already that I am terribly terribly excited to have been included in these Folklore Crafts Books by Fabulous Publishing. Today’s my day on the blog tour (also my first blog tour, which is pretty exciting in itself) and I’m really stoked to show you a little sneak peek of what’s inside these awesome books!

I’m a published crafter! It’s pretty awesome if you ask me! Anyway, what’s cool about these books is that you can buy them in ebook format or in print! So you can have a copy stored on your hard drive to print out the pattern pages as you wish, or you can have the physical copy to flip through… pretty cool, huh?

If you’ve been following along with my enthusiastic ramblings on this book journey, you already know that these are my projects in each respective book:

If you didn’t know, then please meet my Lovely Ladies ornament pattern and my Friendly Garden Gnomes toy!! Yep the Garden Gnomes made the cover!

Here are some of my favorite projects from the books:

Clockwise from Top Left: The Gnomie Cozy by Tara Kolesnikowicz, Needle Felted Russian Dolls by Valerie Hebert, Matryoshka Cupcake Toppers by Redd Hynes and Shayne Rioux, Gnome Chomsky by Redd Hynes, Bigger on the Inside by Paul Hynes, Gnome Cupcake Toppers by Redd Hynes and Shayne Rioux and Hand-printed hankies by Jennifer Thomas.

I hope that you will head over and take a look at the books. They really are a lot of fun!

Contest Contest Contest!!
Ok, but now onto the contest!!! I haven’t had a contest in a really long time! I would like to send out my gnomes and matryoshkas that were featured in the book to 2 winners!! One person will get the matryoshkas and one person will get the gnomies!

This is a leave a comment contest- here’s how to enter:

1. Leave a comment and tell me why you are so drawn to gnomes or matryoshkas!

2. For an extra 1 (one) entry, you can Follow My Blog in one of the ways in the left sidebar- leave another comment saying that you’re following me and how. If you already follow me, just leave a comment saying how you’re doing it!

That’s it, pretty easy peasy, right?! The giveaway will end on Wednesday the 20th, so be sure to get your entry in!!

Fabulous Publishing, which is the company that published the books is going to have even more books coming out with all sorts of fun themes- zombies, birds and more! Head over to their site or facebook page to keep track of what will be new there!
